Education Partnerships
What we can do together:
Curriculum design and review
Bilingual education programme development
School consultancy
Teacher training and development
Learning programme design for institutions
Education works best when students are not only learning, but participating.
How we work
Most schools want to prepare students for an international world. Fewer have the curriculum, the teaching practices, or the programme capacity to do it well.
We work with school leaders and organisations to close that gap. We support schools and organisations facing specific, familiar challenges:
Curricula that don't reflect the world students are entering — We help redesign learning programmes to embed intercultural understanding, global perspectives, and real communicative purpose — without sacrificing academic rigour.
Teachers who want to teach differently, but don't yet have the tools — We develop educators in the practical methods of dialogic teaching, oracy, and inquiry-based learning — approaches grounded in evidence and designed for real classrooms, not ideal ones.
Bilingual programmes that exist on paper but underperform in practice — We help institutions move from good intentions to coherent design: clear language goals, aligned methodology, and assessment that reflects what students can actually do.
What working with us looks like
We begin with listening. Before we recommend anything, we want to understand your school, your teachers, your students, and the specific constraints you're working within.
From there, we design and implement together, because sustainable change in education doesn't come from consultants who hand over a report and leave. It comes from building the capacity of the people already in the room.

Teacher Training
We work with schools and educators who want to develop teaching practices that place communication, curiosity and independent thinking at the centre of learning.
Our training focuses on practical classroom strategies that help teachers move beyond lecture-based instruction and create more interactive, dialogue-rich learning environments.
Areas may include:
dialogic teaching and classroom discussion
oracy and spoken communication in learning
inquiry-based learning
designing communication-centred lessons
facilitating debate, discussion and student participation
Rather than offering abstract training sessions, we focus on approaches that teachers can apply directly in their classrooms. Workshops often include practical activities, lesson design, and opportunities for reflection on teaching practice.
Teacher training can be organised as individual workshops, professional development sessions or longer collaborative programmes with schools and educational organisations.
Every educational context is different.
Tell us about your school, your teachers and the challenges you are facing, and we can explore how best to support your team.
